We are delighted to confirm that the transition to the new toll system back office and TamarTag webpages has been successfully completed and the TamarTag section of the website is now available for account holders to use.
A number of changes have been made to the TamarTag website to make it more user friendly and ensure that it can incorporate future changes in technology. Existing users may need to type in their account number to log in. Anyone who does not have these details available can use the password reset function.
While the new system is now in place, the volume of information being processed means that the website is likely to be slower than usual for the remainder of the week so please bear with us during this period.
Over the next few weeks we will be activating a number of specific improvements to the system. These will include a new process which can be selected by account holders to automatically top up their accounts when their balances drop below the low balance level, an automatic replacement system for older tags before they fail, and the introduction of fully online account applications.
