How do you apply?

You will need to complete an application form.

Applications are now available to process on the website. If you follow the instructions and make your payment, your tag will be sent out within 3 working days. If you prefer to submit a paper application form you can obtain one HERE .

This can either be posted into us or emailed. All aspects need to be completed, including a signature agreeing to the T&Cs and payment, without it an application will be rejected.

If you do not have access to a printer, you can complete the form in the office, or call us on 01752 361577 and we can send it to you via Royal Mail.

The tags will be issued to the specified address as soon as processed, if we are in a position to process they should be with you within 7 working days .
