How do you apply?

You will need to complete an application form. We will be offering an online application within the coming months.

If you prefer to submit a paper application form you can obtain one HERE .

This can either be posted into us or emailed. All aspects need to be completed, including a signature agreeing to the T&Cs and payment, without it an application will be rejected.

If you do not have access to a printer, you can complete the form in the office, or call us on 01752 361577 and we can send it to you via Royal Mail.

The tags will be issued to the specified address as soon as processed, if we are in a position to process they should be with you within 7 working days .
