Annual cost-of-living pay increases are determined through national Local Government pay negotiations.

Tamar Crossings do not set these increases and do not take part in the negotiations. We follow the nationally agreed pay settlements.

It is also worth noting that Tamar Crossings does not operate a bonus scheme for employees.
