Great progress is being made on getting TAMAR II ready to tow away to Falmouth, and the tow preparation works are on track to complete on Thursday 4th April 2019, as scheduled.
Unfortunately, the weather forecast has changed again, and the wind strength and sea state for the rest of this week, and into the weekend, exceed the limits that MCA impose to enable their approval to be given for the tow to happen.
The new plan (which is of course reliant on the weather doing what it is currently forecast to do!) is for TAMAR to depart from Torpoint on Monday 08 April 2019
