How do you top up?
You have four ways to top up your account
1. Once we have processed your application you will be provided log in details for accessing our website this will include an account number and password. You can manage your account and top up the balance here.
2. You can call us on 01752 361577, one of our friendly customer service team will be willing to assist with your top up.
3. If neither of these are preferential to you and you like things simple, you can visit it us at the Bridge or Ferry office and we can make sure you are topped up.
4. Finally, for the more regular user, we offer a direct debit top up. A mandate needs to be completed which you can access here.
There will be a minimum top up required per account dependant on your vehicle classification and the number of vehicles.
For example – Class 2 vehicle = £15.00 per car
There is a £5.00 discount on the minimum top up for doing the top up online.
