Applying for a TamarTag could not be easier. Simply download the application form and, if you wish to pay by direct debit, you will also need to download a direct debit mandate. The completed forms must then be returned to Tamar Bridge Customer Services (see Contact Us for address details).

Any cheque presented with your application should be made payable to “Tamar Bridge”.

No credit/debit payment will be taken for your initial application or any cheque presented until your application is ready to be dispatched.
