Do you charge any fees on the account?

Tags are supplied free of charge and tag users enjoy the benefits of a discounted toll. There is a monthly fee that is deducted from the account balance, it is 80p.

The monthly account fee was introduced back in 2014 to reflect the specific costs of providing the tag system and maintaining accounts, whilst ensuring that tolls paid went directly to maintaining and operating the crossings.

The fee will continue to be deducted whilst an account is open regardless of balance.
