I entered your automated “Tag” lane with a method of payment but your collector wouldn’t accept it and then issued me with the violation, why?

If you entered a Tag only lane when attempting to cross you are unable to pay via debit or credit card. They may accept cash.

The lane is clearly marked for Tag users only, there is the “T” lit up above the lane and it is marked on the road (painted red).
You would be expected to pay the violation and as such the administration fee for not having the appropriate method of payment (a tag) available at the time of crossing.
