If you wish to receive this type of information, please remember to tick the "opt-in" boxes on your communications to us, for example, when applying for a Tag and/or other offers and promotions relating to the TB&TFJC Toll. 1.2 The Tamar Tag Scheme When you apply to receive a Tag (either on-line, or on TB&TFJC's standard Tag application form) we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address (if relevant), your bank details, details of the vehicle for which the tag is to be mounted and, where appropriate, details of state benefits if this relates to entitlement to travel benefits. We may also require a photograph from you. We will use this data for:
1.3 Automatic Collection of Information The TB&TFJC automatically receives and records information contained in your internet browser - the information recorded includes your internet protocol (IP) address and your use of the Websites. The TB&TFJC uses internet cookies to collect unique visitor statistics - the cookies may collect your IP address and information regarding the pages that you visited on the Websites. 2. Use of Your Information 2.1 The information relating to your Tag application or account shall be used by TB&TFJC in accordance with clause 1.2 above. 2.2 Any information provided to us in response to feedback forms or questionnaires or a request for further information may be used by the TB&TFJC in order to contact you or to follow up any queries. 2.3 Any personal information provided to the TB&TFJC may be used to assist in understanding your needs and interests and may be analysed in order to improve and develop the Websites and any service provided by the TB&TFJC. 2.4 In the event that the TB&TFJC wishes to use your information for any other purpose than those stated at the time of collection, the TB&TFJC shall inform you of the new purpose. 2.5 The TB&TFJC may use the personal information that you have provided to produce reports in order to improve services and that may be disclosed to the relevant authorities for the purposes of traffic planning.
